Good to know

The consultation takes 20 minutes and is free of charge.
Treatments need a deposit from £20, non refundable, and taken off your total.
Payment in clinic is cash, unless you pay in full by card when you book. Finance is available.
Need to rearrange? Please give at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at 50 per cent, and within 24 hours in full.
For prescription treatments, your consultation form needs to come back to me on the day you book. Filler dissolving needs a patch test at least 48 hours before.
Injectable treatments are for over 18s only, by law, so I may ask for ID.
